How does your zero-waste packaging work?
We use 100% compostable mailers, recycled paper padding, and glass jars for storage. All plastic is eliminated from our supply chain. Our delivery bags are made from plant-based materials that break down in 90 days.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to 12 states including California, Texas, New York, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Georgia, North Carolina, Michigan, Washington, and Arizona. We're expanding to more states every month!
How does the "1 order = 1 tree" program work?
For every order placed, we partner with One Tree Planted to plant a tree in US national forests. You'll receive a certificate with the location of your tree. We've already planted over 1,890 trees!
Can I return items if I'm not satisfied?
Yes! For fresh produce, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund. Non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days unopened. Our quality guarantee ensures you're always satisfied.
What is the Central Mart Freshness Score?
Our Central Mart system tracks produce from farm to delivery using sensors and predictive analytics. It gives each item a freshness score (90-100%) so you know exactly when your groceries were harvested and how fresh they'll stay.
